MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out Responsive repairs to tenanted properties
- Carry our works in voids properties
- Carry our gas and oil servicing as required
- Itemize the work to be carried out in customers dwellings and premises
- Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects
- Uphold Data Protection Policies
- Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
