As an experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will be the face of the company, executing daily service calls with a high level of independence and minimal guidance. You will step into a well-established business during an exciting growth phase as leadership transitions to the founder's son.

Your primary focus is high-quality diagnostic and repair work, relieving the leadership team of hands-on field operations so they can focus on scaling the business.

Responsibilities

• Execute Service Calls: Autonomously handle a minimum 2 to 3 residential service calls daily, managing your time efficiently to complete diagnosis, repair, and customer interaction within 1 to 1.5 hours per site. <...
