What You’ll Do
- Install residential ductless, multi‑split, and central ducted heat pump systems.
- Commission systems and verify proper operation.
- Complete service and maintenance work as needed.
- Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, control, and airflow issues.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Complete job documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site.
- Support installation quality as the company continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Red Seal HVAC/R certification / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic certification.
