What You’ll Do
- Lead the recruitment processes for U.S.-based positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels .
- Conduct screenings .
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Manage pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience .
