Healthcare Security Zone Supervisor

Overview

The Healthcare North Zone Supervisor position with Paladin Security Grande Prairie requires superior customer service skills, above‑average supervision and reporting abilities, and the willingness to learn and adapt to any situation that may arise.

As this position covers the AHS North Zone, it involves substantial responsibilities in physical scope and stress management. The Supervisor may be required to attend and oversee large‑scale incidents that demand physical exertion, external intervention, extensive emergency response experience, incident command, and emergency management skills.

The Supervisor will face a variety of situations where additional assistance may not be available. With proper training, the Supervisor is expected to handle any situation independently.
