Job Description Critical/Strategic Operations
- Assist to plan and drive Critical / Strategic operations at HQ.
- Assist to plan, drive and implement all required services for new and redeveloped institutions.
- Assist the co-chairs of the Critical / Strategic Operations work groups to deliver the respective KPIs.
- Coordinate and liaise with IT departments to operationalise the implementation of whole of business unit's initiatives, projects and work plans.
- Ensure key performance indicators are met within the stipulated timeline.
Project Planning
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Resource Management: Liaise on resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to ensure project success.
