Healthcare Intake Coordinator Order Processing & Onboarding

PromptCare is seeking a highly motivated Intake Coordinator to join our team in New Providence, NJ. You will handle inbound orders from referral sources and patient requests, using our enterprise system to process new orders and re-orders.

The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a hybrid schedule, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm. Ideal candidates have college education or strong relevant experience, solid PC/MS Office skills, and familiarity with healthcare referrals.
