In this role, you’ll own resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing prompt answers, consulting on products with compassion, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

During a Typical Day
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
What You Bring To The Role
- Completed senior high school or high school (old curriculum)
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
