Healthcare AR Collections & Process Improvement Specialist

Amazon in Manila is seeking a Collections Specialist for its Healthcare team. In this role, you will manage healthcare receivables operations including collections, cash application, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as healthcare or finance.

You will engage with payers and patients to ensure timely resolution of accounts and will identify operational improvements. A strong customer service orientation and the ability to work in a shared services environment are essential.
