Our client is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HS&W) Business Partner - Outdoor to embed a proactive health, safety and wellbeing culture across its outdoor operations. This is a short term opportunity based in Altona.

Working closely with leaders and employees, the Business Partner will deliver tailored solutions that support compliance with OHS, WorkCover and child safety legislation, while driving continuous improvement aligned with organisational priorities. This role plays a key part in fostering shared responsibility for safety, wellbeing and injury prevention.
