We are looking for a Manager, Health and Safety to join our team in Johor Bahru.
Responsibilities
- Health & Safety Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with DOSH, BOMBA regulations, liaise with regulatory authorities for license, maintain statutory documentation and reporting, monitor regulatory updates and support leadership in due diligence.
- Safety Discipline and Culture: Lead deployment of safety rules and routines, coaching leaders on key safety practices, promoting a safety‑first culture, and encouraging early reporting of hazards and discomfort. Embed the safety rules, standard work, rotation discipline and leader accountability through tier meetings, shift starts and finish, Gemba, audits and incident reviews.
