Health Safety Environment Officer

Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are consistently applied and enforced across all site activities.

Act as a hands‑on HSE presence, supporting construction and commissioning teams in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure commissioning and construction activities comply with safety, health, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Conduct safety inspections across high‑risk activities including hot works, energization, work at height, blasting, and hazardous material handling.
• Manage and control permit‑to‑work systems (hot work, LOTO, confined space entry).
• Coordinate with the client’s HSE team on safety training, emergency procedures, and environmental controls.
