Responsibilities
- Identify and implement the most efficient virtual/in‑person engagement strategies per customer to maximize overall effectiveness and impact.
- Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, adapting based on self‑identified opportunities and insights.
- Build rapport and relationships with customers across face‑to‑face and virtual environments, maintaining a methodical approach toward call objectives such as clear next steps, appropriate documentation, and KPI management.
- Utilize current digital tools effectively (e.g., Veeva, Zoom, WAB) and adapt quickly to new digital tools for successful customer engagement.
