Responsibilities
- Managing team member assignments, operational metrics, and service level agreements while providing guidance and oversight
- Confirming compliance with regulatory and company standards while driving operational excellence
- Supporting the effective coordination of all engagement across any of the assigned functional teams
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning of engagements
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address compliance challenges
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or pharmaceutical industry support
- Prior experience managing a team or leading operational processes
- Understanding of HCP compliance requirements (FMV, Sunshine Act, etc.)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
