The Health Law Paraprofessional provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to lawyers within the Health Law practice area. This role plays a key part in file and case management, medical record review, document preparation, and ensuring compliance with litigation requirements. The position involves handling sensitive medical and legal information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage intake of new client matters and maintain organized physical and electronic files in accordance with client protocols and litigation milestones
- Review, organize, summarize, redact, and audit medical records
- Prepare and assist with Affidavits of Documents, disclosure obligations, and materials for Questionings, Pre-Trials, Trials, and expert reviews
