Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a health and safety coordinator
- Health and Safety Coordinator (HSCO) diploma
- Excellent knowledge of federal, provincial and municipal health and safety laws and regulations
- Good command of computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- High geographical mobility; availability to work on a rotational schedule
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a team and communicate both verbally and in writing
- Autonomy and leadership
- Excellent team management skills and conflict resolution methods
- High administrative rigour
- Fluency in oral and written French
- Ability to adapt to a highly stressful environment and weather fluctuations (construction site)
