Health and Safety Analyst (Colombia)

Job Objective

Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of health and safety (H&S) systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, company policies, and best practices to foster a safe and healthy work environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the organization’s H&S management system in alignment with legal and organizational standards.
• Collect, analyze, and report health and safety performance indicators, including incident and accident trends.
• Conduct workplace risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
• Analyze absenteeism month over month.
• Support the development and delivery of H&S training programs and awareness campaigns for employees.
