Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our commercial operations in Brazil. This is both a strategic and operational role, ideal for someone who can design sales strategies and execute them personally.
You will be working in a startup environment, not a corporate structure. This means high autonomy, fast decision-making, direct customer contact, and the flexibility to step outside your job title when needed.
