ROLE OVERVIEW
The Head Therapist will oversee the wellness offering at a luxury lodge, ensuring a high standard of spa and holistic treatments while delivering an exceptional guest experience. A strong background in wellness and a passion for guest care is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver a range of professional spa and wellness treatments
- Oversee daily spa operations and treatment scheduling
- Ensure consistent high standards of guest service and experience
- Maintain treatment rooms, spa areas and equipment to luxury standards
- Support and guide junior therapists where required
- Manage guest consultations and personalised wellness recommendations
- Ensure hygiene, safety and operational standards are upheld
