As a Head Instructor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our aquatic programs and providing excellent instruction and support to our clients and swimmers. This position offers the opportunity to connect with clients, swimmers, and instructors, discuss progress, address concerns, and assist with training and evaluation of staff.
