Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the strategic roadmap in line with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and shareholder expectations.
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities across Exchanges and our financial market infrastructure (FMI) businesses through in-depth analysis, competitor benchmarking and strategic foresight.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with clear KPIs and measurable business outcomes.
- Support Senior Management in defining and monitoring long-term strategic objectives.
- Lead initiatives in new market segments, ESG‑related products, and digital transformation to strengthen competitiveness and innovation within the FMI landscape.
