Identify market trends and growth opportunities across Exchanges and our financial market infrastructure (FMI) businesses through in-depth analysis, competitor benchmarking and strategic foresight. Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with clear KPIs and measurable business outcomes. Support Senior Management in defining and monitoring long-term strategic objectives. Lead initiatives in new market segments, ESG‑related products, and digital transformation to strengthen competitiveness and innovation within the FMI landscape. Qualifications University degree in business, finance, or economics, with 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
