WHAT YOU WILL DO AT BIHC

  • Reporting to the Lead – Culinary, the Head Steward will be the Head of the Kitchen’s Stewarding Team, and therefore responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene Standards and organization of the all the Training Kitchens and other related areas. You will enforce the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards in the whole food processing facilities as well as the operating equipment.
