Responsibilities
The Shared Services Head takes overall accountability for managing the concept-to-service pipeline, and ensuring the completion of the different phases and appropriate progression through these phases.
Also accountable for identifying and securing appropriate stakeholder support, and the required environments (policy, process, tech) to support the service delivery throughout the phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Finance / Accountancy / Banking
- Eight or more years of management experience specializing in Project and Program Management, Business Requirements Analysis, Software Quality Asusrance and Production/Product Support
- Competency in people development, engagement, mentoring and with an ability to inspire others
