What We’re Looking For
- CA / CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong hands‑on experience in finance operations and controllership environments.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, retail, entertainment, or fast‑moving entrepreneurial businesses preferred.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation, closing processes and operational finance.
- Exposure to SAP, data lakes, AI/automation tools and finance transformation initiatives preferred.
- Highly execution‑oriented, detail‑focused and comfortable operating in an intense, fast‑moving environment.
- Strong understanding of credit management, cash‑flow monitoring, vendor management and treasury coordination.
