Roles & Responsibilities:-
A. Process Excellence & Standardization:
- Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization, while maintaining a comprehensive Process Improvement Register.
- Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent implementation and compliance across assigned business functions.
- Partner with operational teams to minimize process deviations, reduce rework, and improve turnaround times (TAT), while monitoring trends and escalating recurring issues to the Head of Quality.
B. Quality Assurance & Performance Management:
- Track and evaluate key quality performance indicators to ensure compliance with established quality standards and business objectives.
