Head – QA and Technical

Role: This is a leadership role to provide Strategic Leadership for Quality and Technical functions by establishing robust governance frameworks, driving process excellence, ensuring product and process integrity, strengthening supplier and operational quality systems, and overseeing technical controls across the product lifecycle to support sustainable business growth and manufacturing excellence.

Roles & Responsibility of Quality & Technical Head:

• Develop, implement & maintain Quality Management System in line with the IMS.
• Process gap assessment of quality & technical requirements in the shop floor with mitigation actions.
• Development of SOP to standardize the process as per the industrial practice.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits for process & product.
