Role Overview

The Head – Pharma Omnichannel Operations & Delivery is a senior leadership position responsible for directing, scaling, and optimizing the end-to-end production of digital and print marketing assets for global life sciences and pharmaceutical clients supporting high-volume production environments. In this role, you will lead a large-scale, multi-regional delivery engine specializing in the high-volume, highly regulated creation of omnichannel content—including Electronic Detail Aids (eDAs), interactive emails, websites, print materials, and localized video content. You will be responsible for operational excellence, technology-driven automation, and strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance frameworks.
