Role & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth:
- Define and own the performance marketing strategy across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS optimization across all paid media campaigns.
- Build scalable growth frameworks, funnels, and attribution models.
Campaign & Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize large ad budgets (₹X Cr+ annually) across multiple geographies.
- Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and cohort performance.
- Implement advanced A/B testing, creative testing, and funnel experiments.
