Responsibilities
Responsible for pastry operations and pastry & bakery production. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing the highest quality products through monitoring and supervising the overall preparation of desserts and pastry production. Review Pastry/Bakery food items in inventory and control weekly consumption of production to ensure food cost targets are met. Review all food items to be ordered for the Pastry and Bakery Department with the Executive Chef and Provision Master. Approve all food requisitions for pastry and bakery departments.
