Responsibilities
To lead the operations section in the Construction Department, managing the technical operations supporting all disciplines of construction engineering (Civil, MEP, Electrical, HVAC & plumbing & FFEI; and construction workshop inclusive of fabrication and carpentry works undertaken therein pertaining to construction and landscape projects).
Qualifications
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience, including 4-6 years in a head or senior authority role.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Proficient in English.
- Should have Arabic knowledge.
- Understanding of Pre/Post contract procedures, including familiarity with FIDIC conditions of contract.
- Own a car (Any).
- Have a driving license (Any).
- English – Fluent / Excellent.
- Arabic – Fluent / Excellent.
