The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to overseeing park operations, driving revenue, ensuring health and safety, and leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Management (50%):
o Set and manage budgetary and cost control strategies.
o Monitor and analyse financial performance, enhance revenue streams, and control costs.
Improve overall P&L of the park.
