This senior role provides full ownership of the VIP function across multiple products in a fast-moving, global entertainment and gaming environment. You will define and execute the VIP strategy end-to-end, managing portfolio performance, onboarding, engagement, marketing visibility, and partnership activation. The role requires anticipating player behavior, making proactive commercial decisions, and optimizing long-term value while balancing revenue, loyalty, and brand status. You will lead a dedicated VIP team, define operating models, establish governance and KPI frameworks, and collaborate closely with data, CRM, product, and marketing teams. This position is ideal for someone with deep VIP or high-value customer experience who thrives in an autonomous, high-responsibility, and globally distributed environment.
