The role goes beyond execution, shaping the country’s reward philosophy , influencing talent and cost decisions , and embedding an AI‑first, data‑driven approach to compensation, benefits, and incentives.
As a trusted advisor to country leadership and a key member of the Philippines HR Leadership Team, the incumbent ensures that EXL’s rewards framework remains:
