Job Summary

The Head of Technology Strategy & Planning is responsible for shaping PLUK’s enterprise technology delivery direction, ensuring long-term alignment between business priorities and IT capabilities. This leader oversees strategic planning, technology governance, quarterly performance reviews, team leadership, experience and multi-year budget structure/overview. With a team of 2+ —including a UI/UX Designer—the role ensures structured execution of technology roadmaps, portfolio performance, design governance, and enterprise-wide visibility. 

Reporting directly to the CITO, this senior leadership role drives technology strategy development, facilitates enterprise planning cycles, oversees IT investment governance, and provides execution oversight.
