The Head of Tech will be responsible for leading and overseeing all technology, product development, system architecture, and delivery under GenCode, the technology arm under Hong Leong Industries.
This role is critical in ensuring that all GenCode’s digital platform, mobile app, loyalty engine, merchant ecosystem, partner integrations, data capabilities, and future product roadmap are built in a scalable, secure, and commercially relevant manner.
The Head of Tech will work closely with the Product Lead, Growth & Marketing, Commercial & Loyalty, Events & Activation, Brand & Creative, and Ecosystem Partnership teams to translate business goals into reliable technology solutions that support member acquisition, loyalty engagement, partner monetisation, and ecosystem expansion.
