I am currently partnering with a Financial Institution to find a Head of Technology Operations & Transformation to act as the operational backbone (effectively the Tech COO / Chief of Staff) for their digital build and engineering organization.

In this senior leadership mandate, you will be the critical bridge between finance, strategy, and technical execution. Your mission is to ensure their engineering squads operate at maximum velocity, capital is deployed efficiently, and delivery operating models are primed for scale.
