Head of Technology (Contract Recruitment)

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced senior contract recruitment leader to drive the growth and expansion of our Technology Contract Recruitment business across Southeast Asia.

This role is responsible for leading the development of contract staffing solutions across Singapore, Malaysia, and the wider ASEAN region, with a focus on technology, digital transformation, software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure hiring.

The position requires a commercially driven individual with deep experience in technology contract recruitment, contractor workforce solutions, and business development. The successful candidate will operate in a senior 360 leadership capacity while contributing to the strategic growth of the regional contract recruitment function.
