Purpose of the Tax function
In line with Finance team, the objective of the Tax Function is to deliver the highest quality and most business oriented tax services, on a timely manner and in a proactive way with the main missons:
Ensure, together with Accounting function, proper compliance with regard to direct and indirect taxes (including in certain countries, the filing of the tax returns and the related payments) Manage any Tax Audits, initiate and manage any Tax litigations and mutual agreement procedureAsk for any ruling that could benefit to any of the companies within the GroupSet up and document a robust and consistent transfer pricing policy through all SectorsEnsure all ...
