The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in HR Learning & Development.
The role requires a strong background in training facilitation from the IT, Technology, Software, or Telecommunications industries. It involves developing training calendars, managing internal and external training resources, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
