What We’re Looking For
As the Head of Talent, reporting to the Global VP for HR, you’ll support the execution of talent management programs and processes for Tarro’s Voice Platform Operations. The focus is on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, with responsibilities spanning performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, promotions, employee engagement, compensation planning, and coaching frontline managers.
