About the Role
To create, organize and implement staffing strategies and supporting initiatives / programs that will improve the overall talent level and bench strength within the Company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment of staff ensuring strong alignment with business leaders, corporate leaders, and HR generalists.
- To guide leadership in:
- design and implementation of company-wide strategies;
- establishing a compelling employment brand;
- developing new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes;
- developing competency models used for selection and assessment;
- creation of recruiting tools that will attract, select and retain a world-class level of talent.
