Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• APICS certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain and planning, preferably within the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing sector
• At least 5 years in a leadership role

• Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical, results‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ownership mindset with strong execution focus
• Solid knowledge of supply chain technologies and ERP systems (Navision is an advantage)

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including planning, MRP purchasing, customer service, and warehousing
