Your main tasks:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Lead and manage the BU‑N strategy process including strategic analysis, direction setting, long‑term planning
- Integrate continuous strategic work with annual cycles and drive alignment across regions and functions
- Challenge assumptions and guide senior leadership into new strategic opportunities
Rejuvenate Transformation Execution:
- Guide and challenge Workstream leaders in planning, scoping, resource allocation, KPIs
- Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies and alignment with Transformation Execution Office
- Consolidate and report KPIs for senior excecutive stakeholders and the board
Commercial Excellence & Performance:
- Own global commercial excellence agenda: targeting, segmentation, CRM, pricing, launch excellence
- Lead diagnostics of underperforming regions/products and define recovery plans
