Key Responsibilities SDLC Ownership & Process

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development through testing, release, and ongoing support.
• Establish and enhance structured, repeatable SDLC processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery, quality, and support metrics to ensure visibility across all stages.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery in collaboration with the scrum master, ensuring effective and outcome-focused execution.

DevOps, CI/CD & Release Management

• Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to support automated builds and deployments.
• Strengthen release management processes to enable predictable, low-risk deployments.
• Promote standardisation across environments through automation and configuration management.
