Head of SME Financing & Commercial Growth

Executive Integrity is seeking a Head of Financing & Commercial Development in Madrid to lead origination and the growth of a SME financing platform. You will build a robust deal pipeline and manage senior relationships with corporate clients, banks, and institutional investors, structuring bespoke debt and equity solutions.

You will negotiate and close financing transactions, collaborating with Risk, Product, Investment, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
