Overview

Unity Christian School, located in the picturesque city of Chilliwack, British Columbia, is seeking a dedicated and visionary Head of School to begin in the 2026/27 school year. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a thriving K–12 Christian school community deeply committed to Christ-centred education, academic excellence, and the flourishing of every student.

As the chief educational and administrative leader, the Head of School will work in close partnership with the Board, leadership team, staff, and families to cultivate a welcoming, faith-filled, and engaging learning environment. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership during a season of growth, including developing a new Strategic Plan in 2027 and guiding the school through a capital campaign and the construction of a new PreK–5 campus.
