About The Role
At Shopify, our growing sales teams collaborate directly with notable brands and entrepreneurs to develop and enhance their commerce strategies, whether they are launching ecommerce for the first time or scaling complex omnichannel operations. We are looking for a Head of Sales for Spain to lead our Mid‑Market and Large sales motion across Spain and Portugal.
This role is the most senior commercial leadership position in Spain and reports to the Head of Sales for EMEA South, one of Shopify’s fastest growing regions. You will be accountable for revenue performance, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, talent development, and building an inclusive, high‑trust culture in a remote‑first environment.
This role is remote, but must be based in Spain. Madrid or Barcelona is preferred.
