One of our clients is an international consulting firm advising Ultra High Net Worth Individuals on tax optimisation and global residency. The business is highly sales-driven and operates in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to manage a team of eight people negotiating contacts with clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Close high-ticket, consultative deals with UHNW clients
- Lead and coach the sales team through active deal involvement
- Define and track core KPIs (close rate, conversion, performance)
- Improve onboarding, accountability and sales discipline
