Missions

Managing the Sales Teams

  • Train and coach two AE Team Leaders and two BDR Team Leaders directly, and indirectly support 40 BDRs and AEs.
  • Recruit and promote BDRs and AEs in their career paths.
  • Organize team daily life: production time, administrative time, meetings, check‑ins, reviews.
  • Lead by example and embody Skello's values.
  • Motivate and engage teams toward performance and professional fulfillment.

Managing Sales Processes and Tools

  • Monitor all team KPIs.
  • Master sales tools and ensure correct use.
  • Optimize commercial processes.
  • Contribute to quota and forecast definition.
  • Assign leads according to criteria with Sales Efficiency Manager.

Location

Barcelona. Reports to Marc, Spain General Manager.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of commercial experience.
  • More than 3 years of management experience...
